The annual deadline for reporiting volunteer hours for each previous year is January 15th Whether you have your badge or are still working on your first 40 hours EVERYONE should report hours on a regular basis to avoid the year-end rush. Be sure to only specify the volunteer e-mail address ( walt@haysfamily.org ) in the "To" of your e-mailed data so that Yahoo does not distribute your message to all members.

Dig Deep! Developing Strong Roots for Lifelong Learners, for River Ridge Elementary School is an effort to revitalize their gardening program. The Project will focus on developing a new generation of environmental stewards. The first priority is to repair the greenhouse, and develop several butterfly gardens and wildlife habitats throughout the campus. We also want to establish a veggie village service learning program.
