PAR Garden News

  • Some light harvesting has started.
  • The irrigation system (fed by a tank that is filled at the well) is keeping the plants productive.
  • The Wednesday session (6/16) resulted in lettuce (37 lbs), broccoli (22 lbs)- we also delivered some peaches.
  • On Saturday- June 21st- we will glean peaches from the trees next to the garden:
  • Bring a rake or hoe to reach the peaches high in the tree
  • Thanks to all the hard-working volunteers.
